Group Class Session (per person)
One 60 minute, remote coaching session for your group. A minimum of five students is required to hold a group session. We’ll work on:
Goal 1: Identify what causes you pressure and come up with strategies to handle the pressure better.
Goal 2: Encourage deliberate development of positive thinking and effort-based goal setting.
Goal 3: Recognize we all make mistakes and there is a message in each mistake we can learn from. Equestrians don’t make mistakes, mistakes make equestrians!
